Masala Bhendi with Gravy
Ingredients :-
- 250 g bhindi/ Ladi finger
- 2 tbspn tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 onion chopped
- ½ tbspn ginger, garlic and 1 green chilli paste
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tspn turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tspn Coriander powder
- 1/2 tbspn coriander leaves
- Salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tspn tamarind pulp (optional)
Method :-
1.sabse pahle Bhendi ko acchese wash Kar ke bich mein se cut Kar le
2.ab ek pan mein 1 tbspn oil garam Kare aur Bhendi ko acchese fry Kar le aur ek plate mein nikal le
3.ab ek bowl le us mein 1 tspn salt, 1 tspn red chilli powder, 1 tspn Chaat masala le aur mix karle phir masale ko bhendi mein bhare aur ek side mein rakh de
4.ab ek pan mein 2 tbspn oil garam Kare phir us mein ½ tspn cumin seeds dale phir 1 tbspn ginger, garlic and green chilli ka paste dale aur fry kare
5.ab 2 onion chopped dale aur fry Kare phir 1 tomato chopped dale aur fry kare
6.ab 1 tspn turmeric powder dale, 1 tspn red chilli powder dale, 1 tspn Coriander powder dale and 1 tspn garam masala dale aur fry Kare
7.ab thoda pani dale, tamarind pulp dale aur thick gravy banaye, gravy jaise hi taiyar hojaye bhendi dal de aur upar se 1 tbspn Coriander leaves dale aur masala bhendi with gravy garama garam surve Kare roti or rice ke sath.
