Saag Paneer
Saag Paneer, an Indian dish full of flavor, is a well-liked vegetarian side.
Ingredients :-
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 450 gm cheese, cut into 3 cm cubes
- 500 grams Spinach
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- Ginger slice
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ lemon juice
1.sabse pahle ek pan mein pani garam Kare aur palak ko cut Kar ke boil Kar le aur phir thoda thanda karke paste bana KR alag rakh le
2.ab ek pan usmein oil garam Kare aur paneer ko cubes mein cut karle fry karle aur ek plate mein alag nikal le
3.Ab ek pan le us mein 2 tbspn ghee dale, phir ginger, garlic and green chillies dale, garam masala dale aur fry kare phir palak ka paste dale aur 2-3 minutes pakaye phir thoda Pani dale aur thoda pakaye thick hone tak phir paneer dale aur 2-3 minutes pakaye aur ek bowlein nikal le aur upar se lemon juice Dale aur garama garam surve Kare.
