Veg Makhanwala - Mixed Vegetable Gravy



The Veg Makhanwala recipe is a lip smoothie rich gravy packed with nutritious vegetables. A spicy vegetable served at dinner time or even with some delicious hot plain parathas for your family.
Ingredients :-
For veggies
  • 1 tbspn butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup green capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cup green beans chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup cabbage
For gravy
  • 1 tbspn butter
  • 2 cloves 
  • 1 cardamom 
  • 1 inch cinnamon powder 
  • 2 Kashmiri dry red chillies
  • 1 tspn coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspn whole pepper corns
  • 6 cashew nuts
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspn turmeric 
  • 1 tspn cumin powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala powder
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Butter to serve
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek pan le garam Kare us mein butter dale phir sare vegetables dale green capsicum, beans, carrot, corn and cabbage sare vegetables ko acchese fry Kar le aur ek plate mein nikal le 
2.ab ek tarf ek pan garam Kare pan phir us mein cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, dry red chillies, coriander seeds and cashews nuts dale aur acchese fry Kare
3.ab us mein ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion dale aur fry kare aur thoda thanda hone de phir ek jar mein nikal le aur grind karke smooth paste bana le aur paste ko ek bowl mein nikal le
4.ab ek kadhai le us mein butter dale phir turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt Dal Kar mix Kare
5.ab us mein paste dale phir tomato paste Dale aur acchese pakaye
6.ab us mein vegetables dale aur thodi der thak kar pakaye, pakane ke baad upar se Coriander leaves dale aur veg Makhanwala sabji ko garama garam surve Kare parathe ke sath.
